Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Anatar store. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund: items marked as final sale, gift cards, digital products, and any item that has been used, damaged through misuse, or returned outside the return window.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@anatar.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll respond with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions, as this may delay processing.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, processed securely through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order. If you need help with a size exchange, contact us and we'll do our best to assist while the item is in stock.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@anatar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
